If the custom-made furniture you received does not meet or is wrong, please inform our after-sales service staff ASAP on before signing receipt. After verified, we will arrange to replace the new furniture for you.
If you received a damaged product, after verification, we would replace the damaged product if there were no dispute. We do not do replacement if the damage is not caused by the manufacturer’s fault.

Delivery will be completed within 7 – 14 days
Delivery will be completed during the weekdays from Monday to Friday
